Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Alwaset Alzaki platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the platform and its users (including suppliers, factories, contractors, project owners, retail shops, and design companies). By accessing and utilizing the platform, you expressly agree to abide by all provisions set forth in this document.

1. Nature of the Platform's Operations (Technical Intermediary)

●       Platform's Role: Alwaset Alzaki is a digital platform functioning as a technological bridge and direct intermediary between the "First Party" (factories and suppliers) and the "Second Party" (buyers, contractors, interior and exterior design companies, and project owners requiring building materials).

●       Commercial Disclaimer: The platform does not claim ownership of the displayed products, nor does it participate in the manufacturing, warehousing, or physical delivery processes. Its responsibility is strictly confined to providing a digital environment that facilitates transparent product display, connects the relevant parties, and assists in the conclusion of commercial transactions.

2. Registration and User Accounts

●       Target Audience: The platform is specifically designated for Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions, both within and outside the State of Qatar. It targets companies, institutions, and contractors, and is not intended for direct individual consumer use during its initial operational stages.

●       Information Accuracy: Users are strictly obligated to provide accurate, official, and up-to-date information regarding their company or factory upon registration.

3. Obligations of Suppliers and Factories (First Party)

●       Display Accuracy: Suppliers are required to upload their product details (Data Sheets) with the utmost accuracy. This includes providing realistic photographs, exact dimensions, thicknesses, and actual pricing.

●       Updating Prices and Inventory: The responsibility for maintaining current prices, promotional offers, and inventory status (including Dead Stock) rests entirely with the supplier. This ensures commercial credibility and prevents buyer misdirection.

●       Supporting National Products: In alignment with our vision to support the Qatari economy, priority and preferential display advantages are granted to Qatari national factories and locally manufactured products.

4. Obligations of Buyers and Contractors (Second Party)

●       Legitimate Use: Buyers are obligated to utilize the platform's search and comparison engines strictly for serious commercial purposes, requesting price quotations based on actual project requirements.

●       Financial Transparency: The platform is engineered to foster absolute transparency by displaying authentic prices and discounts directly to business owners, thereby mitigating unprofessional practices or invoice manipulation.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights pertaining to the platform's design, search engines, databases, and market analytics are the exclusive property of Alwaset Alzaki. It is strictly prohibited to copy, distribute, or reuse any component of the platform without prior written consent.

6. Amendments and Governing Law

●       Amendments: The platform reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be duly notified of any updates.

●       Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the applicable laws of the State of Qatar.
